Dear parents,

It’s pizza time! Starting today and for the next 4 weeks, we’re selling Pizza Kits to
raise money to apply to student activity fees. Each student is required to pay an activity
fee to cover the cost of activities that their class does each year. Examples are class
trips, reward days, school dances...etc, along with keeping a positive amount in their
class account to carry with them as they go forward into their next grade level and high
school. When they get to high school the money will be used to fund the prom and
graduation expenses.
Students and parents have two options: 1. They can pay their activity fee and
choose not to participate in the fundraiser. OR 2. They can sell the allotted amount of
pizzas to cover the cost of the activity fee, thus not spending any of their own money on
the activity fee. 6th and 7th grade students can sell 5 pizza kits to cover their activity fee
while 8th grade students need to sell 7.
It is important to know that without paying the activity fee or participating in the
fundraiser, students will not be able to participate in their class’s activities. Students
must choose one of the two options above. To reach our goal and be successful, we
need everyone’s help. It’s super easy to join the fun!

own seller page. You can customize your page, upload a video, create an avatar, and
watch how many pizza kits you’ve sold. You’ll get your own special link to send to your
friends and family so they can buy delicious pizza kits and support our fundraiser. Pizza
Kits will be delivered directly to their home by FedEx, so send the link to your out of state
family and friends, too. You can even post your Seller link on your social media pages.
Every kit we sell earns $6 profit and makes an impact. Don’t forget to buy some
for yourself! You can start selling immediately and the last day to sell is Saturday, April
23rd.
