Amanda Kessel , a Registered Nurse (RN) who specializes in pre and post-surgery visited Mr. Weinert’s Anatomy Class. Amanda explained her responsibilities and career path to students. Ms. Kessel demonstrated what she does for her patients and the different IVs they use.

Boys basketball scores a 38-24 win at OV tonight. Boys next game Thursday night at Hart.

Today in Mr Weinert’s Anatomy Class a Forensics Tech and Forensics Crime Scene Manager had a Google Meet with students. The students were able to interact and ask the investigators questions.


There will be a meeting for college bound juniors, seniors and their parents on Monday, January 8th at 5:30 pm in the MCC High School library. Snacks will be provided. This meeting will cover important information regarding the FAFSA and the process involved in applying for college financial aid. Questions regarding this meeting may be directed to the high school office.

We are beginning the process and outreach for our 3rd annual college and career expo. See the flyer to get involved!


We had a good time at our Christmas assembly organized by student council on Tuesday and now we are off for a couple of weeks. Merry Christmas, Spartans! 🎄 🎁

This week, in Mr. Weinert’s Biology classes, students made Eukaryotic Cells with a variety of materials and devised analogies for cellular activity within groups. Here are a couple of their creations.
