Corewell Health is holding a Safe SItter Babysitting Class for students age 10 to 15 years old. It will be on June 18th from 8:00am to 2:00pm at the Lakeshore Resourse Network, 920 E Tinkham Ave in Ludington. The cost is $25 and class size is limited to the first 20 students to register. The AFFEW is sponsoring a program called "Dig It Community Garden Youth Summer Program". This program will run Thursdays from June 20th to August 1st at the garden behind United Methodist Church at 5810 Bryant Rd in Ludington. It is for ages 9-11 , space in limited. GSRP Preschool parents will need to bring a copy of the child’s birth certificate and a copy of your 2023 W2’s, or other income verification such as check stubs

There will many sites and activities available for the whole family; such as free ice cream from the Mason County Dairy Farmers, free hot dogs from Lakeside Weiner Wagon and Sanders Meats of Custer, wagon rides, farm animals, WSESD Book Bus, and SO MUCH MORE! On May 14th at 5:30 to 7:30pm West Shore Bank in Scottville will be hosting an "Acts of Kindness" Community Car Wash. This is a "by donation" event and WSB will be MATCHING those donations! All donations will go to MCC Student Service Fund for emergency assistance for all student needs.

Our 4th grade team would love to send out a THANK YOU to the staff and crew at the Lake Michigan Carferry for allowing them to come abroad the SS Badger on Tuedsay for an educational field trip! The students were given a tour and even got to play some of the famous Badger Bingo! It was a great in Spartan Country!
