Schools to Tools Mobile field trip is at MCC today for our 9th & 10th grade classes. Students are exploring options in the trade fields.








MCC at the Michigan Reading Association conference in Lansing! Teachers from Kindergarten all the way up through high school are enhancing their ELA and literacy knowledge this weekend at sessions focused on topics including reading, dyslexia, and AI in the classroom. Let’s get our Spartans reading!

Michigan Art Education Association Art Show update : Marguerite Robel “STOMP ‘EM!” moved on to the top 100 works of art chosen from Regional Show’s winners.
The state show will be displayed at the Hickman Gallery on Adrian College’s campus.

Join us at the Spring CommUNITY Auction and meet your new best friend! Puppy will go home with his new family, complete with kennel and food and lots of wiggles and kisses!

With a loss on the road to Whitehall, the MCC chess team falls to .500 for the shortened season. Captain Hudson Miller missed out on a perfect season by 1/2 a point! He finished his freshman campaign with an unbeaten individual record of 24-0-1! Congrats to Hudson and the whole Spartan chess team on a successful season!


Today, in Mr Weinert’s Anatomy Class, Dr. Christiana Griswold came in to talk to the students about Dentistry. Our students were extremely engaged and really enjoyed learning about the field, asking a lot of interesting questions.




Full house today at WSCC enjoying a special showing of “The Crucible” for MCC and Ludington’s 10th Grade students. Students studied the text in preparation for the play this winter. We are grateful to have this opportunity to align our curricular content with our partners at West Shore Community College!
