MS Comp Cheer team will be practicing in the MS Gym starting Monday after School until 5:30.
MS boys Basketball will practice at the Upper Elementary gym starting Monday right after school.
Competitive cheer sign ups are taking place now at MCC MS! The sign up sheet is in the office. Students must have a physical on file in the office and the first practice will be November 9th.
A canned food drive is taking place now at MCC MS! The Advisory class that collects the most non-perishable food items will win a pizza party! Items will be donated to local families in need so send in your items as soon as possible.

Attention 7th grade basketball: There will be no practice or games for this week. The games will be rescheduled.
Recently, we were notified ( a student or staff member) that attends the Middle School has tested positive for COVID-19. Due to this exposure, the 7th Grade students will be learning remotely from home using their Google Classrooms the week of November 2nd-November 6th with an expected return to face to face instruction on November 9th. If your child was determined to be close contact, the Health Department will contact you with further information.

7th grade boys Basketball starts Monday at 6:30 am at the High School gym. Please enter through the front doors and wear a mask.
The 8th grade boys basketball tryouts will be Monday and Tuesday from 3:30-5:00 at the middle school. Physicals must be on file to participate.

The letter is in regards to all of us staying extra vigilant in our efforts to slow the spread of COVID-19 and other illnesses as we enter the Flu season.
We so want to keep our schools open and continue to provide extracurricular activities through this school year.

Mason County District Library is thrilled to announce Unbound is available for the 2020-2021 school year. Unbound is a collaborative program which delivers books from the public library to the desks of MCC students. This increases the number of titles available to young readers and creates excitement and a love of reading.
In 2019, 4697 books were checked out to MCC students saving the school district over $56,000 in material cost. The student's enthusiasm for this program has been amazing!
You might receive a call saying an item is available for pick up at the library, but don't worry it will be delivered to them at school! This is your opportunity to ask them about what they're reading.
The goal of this program is to create a culture of literacy and increase literacy rates in our community.
